The book doesn't resolve anything about the main characters. I hate it when an author sells an incomplete story. It's unfair to the reader.

Well written. You are pulled into the emotions and tension between janie and matt. Though i enjoy books about characters of all ages, it was great to read a sexy, romantic novel about a woman and a man who are forty two and forty. Can't wait to start the next book that continues their discovery of each other.

Enjoyed the promising storyline. Numerous typos and missing words were a bother. But most of all, I was extremely angry that this "FREE BOOK" WAS ONLY THE FIRST HALF OF THE STORY! What a scam to get readers to buy the second half for $5 to read the end of the novel. Buyers beware!

The book was great until I got to the non-ending!  The author also needs to find a new editor because the missing words, and misplaced words were driving me nuts.  I will buy the 2nd book to finish out the story but I probably won't buy any more.  It was deceptive to end the book this way and asking a customer to buy another 150 page book for over $4 is a bit much.

Good storyline and concept but I could't get past the run on sentences so will not be purchasing the next in series. Way too many ands in one sentence. Also the word is until, not 'till. Lost some of the story due to rewording the sentences myself.

This writer should've just named this book " Pretty Woman". It was not original at all. It'not worth it to buy the next book just for the ending....

if I like a book, I would buy another book by the same author.BUT, I resent havingto buy the end of a book.

I wish i had read the reviews before reading. This was a great book and i couldnt wait for the ending, but there is none. U have to buy the next book for $5 to get the ending. I would have bought more books by this author, but now i wont because of this ripoff!

I was widowed at the same age as Janie so I related immediately. However, the characters are engaging as is watching their relationship grow. They "run into" each other at the airport literally, and end up sitting next to each in FIRST CLASS. Janie is having her dream vacation in NY and ends up spending most of it with Matt. She is much less sophisticated then the women he usually dates and his ex wives. Both grow emotionally, however are unwilling to admit their feelings and end up separating at the end of book one. Move to book two for a satisfying finish to their story. Book one is free, I purchased book two, and before I completed it I decided to the whole series boxed set even though it duplicated my second book.

Can't wait to find out what happens with Janie and Matt. I was completely engrossed in the relationship and the family interactions of Matt and his family. Expertly written, every last detail draws you in and keeps you wanting more. Thanks for a wonderfully written novel.

Tune in next week for the next episode. If it's not a whole story, don't call it a book, call it the first few chapters, or part 1 of..., or, well you get the idea.

Story was enjoyable but was very disappointed that you have to pay 5.00 for the second half to find out the ending

The premise was great, enjoyed the charactors but feel gyped by the ending. Also, wish I could send the edited text back with corrections.

A really wonderful love story. What every woman dreams about. Meeting a rich stranger and falling head over heals for him.

AJ Harmon did a great job creating characters. I felt like I knew them and could relate to them. The book does end in a sad point but I am looking forward to the rest of their story.

Good story line. A lot of typo's. Some poorly written English also. The word because is not written as "cuz". But overall a good story, just needs better editing.

This was my first AJ Harmon novel and it won't be my last. Matt and Janie are adorable and passionate. I love that they're both overcoming huge emotional roadblocks in their lives, and they need and lean on each other as part of their healing process. I wasn't expecting the cliffhanger. I'm not normally a big fan of them, but I have to know how their story ends.
