He broke her heart back in high school. Now, eighteen years later, he’s the only one who can heal it …

Bianca Russo is happy enough practicing pediatric medicine, sharing a house with her sisters, and dating a decent but dull gastroenterologist who’s her best bet to give her the marriage and children she craves.

When TJ Davenport reenters Bianca’s life after almost two decades, the passion she felt for him when she was sixteen is more than just a fond memory—it’s a fire that reignites, threatening to burn down her safe and sensible plans.

Bianca has a career she enjoys, love and support of her sisters but she feels her clock ticking and really wants to get married and have a family of her own. She's dating another doctor but she's really not in love with him. Then one day a patient comes into her office and she finds herself face to face with his dad...her 1st and only true love. Problem is, he never really noticed her in high school and now she's his son's doctor. TJ never realized Bianca had a crush on him in high school so he's pretty oblivious to how she may still feel. He has moved back to his hometown with his son after his divorce from the woman Bianca feels came between them. TJ's son is ill and Bianca is determined to find out what's wrong. Along the way, we have conflict between the parties, lots of misunderstandings which come from lack of communication. The bond the sisters have is amazing! They are some sassy ones for sure and provide plenty of laughs with their actions and dialogue. 2nd book in the series but there's no problem reading as a stand alone. Truly enjoy Ms. Seed's writing and look forward to the next story in this series! I read an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my review.
