If you want to learn to meditate look no further. Like the combination of personal experiences of the writer with simple step by step how to achieve deep meditation.

Too slow going for me. TOo much about her own life and too little about learning to meditate plus her sound method does not appeal to me. I learned nothing by reading this book.

Slow and too wordy. The best information is hidden in the story of her life from pretty much birth to her present day.

Great book. Great writer. Useful information easy to follow and her way of toning works!

DON'T READ THIS BOOK IF YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO MEDITATE. Finished reading this book I decided the author don't know about meditation at all or he begins to meditate. But, I like begginers. And I know beginers who offer really very and very intresting ways to meditate. Anatoliy Obraztsov, for instance, with a crossing or the drop's history. He is begginer too... but...but!
