This has come through both the author learning from other marriage self-help materials and videos as well as what has worked in his own marriage, and the marriages of others around him. They are also based on looking at the reasons why marriages that have failed did not go well.

Nathan Berry has lived and worked in a number of countries over his life and speaks three languages fluently. He also has a strong appreciation and understanding of different cultures and religions. Throughout his career, Nathan has worked in a number of organisations (small and large) in different countries, and has had many years experience in business management consulting and project management for large, multi-national companies and government organisations.
