About the Author

"Kirklyn J Berry, President and CEO of KB Enterprises, is an entrepreneur, a powerful keynote speaker, and a director of People for People Inc, a non-profit organization devoted to the North Philadelphia community.

Earning a Division 1 athletic scholarship to the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, Kirk played defensive tackle for the UB Bulls football team throughout his education. Kirk received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the university’s School of Management, an AACSB-accredited school ranked amongst the top elite business institutions around the world.

Kirk symbolizes the definition of full potential for his community; he is the Vice President of Norristown Men of Excellence, an organization of successful Norristown-area alumni who strive to promote the region’s prosperity, and an active participant in his faith community.

Through organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Concerned Black Men CARES, Kirk has accrued over 10 years of mentoring experience. This experience, in conjunction with Kirk’s uncanny ability to connect to an audience, sparked a career; Kirk traverses the nation delivering discourse on the achievement of others, engaging a variety of audiences from corporations and schools to community groups and sports teams. Available now, Kirk’s first book, 5 Powerful Tips For Motivating Youth, relates his approach to teaching today’s adults how to foster the determination and full potential of the adults of tomorrow.

With a personal motto “success is the art of being who you already are,” Kirk imparts his impact on the world by furnishing others with the skills to discover their own individual P.O.W.E.R. (Positivity, Opportunity, Wisdom, Encouragement and Responsibility)"
