When Beulah was 17, her father took a job with the Rhodesian Railways to help lay the line from Bulawayo to Mozambique. This decision would take her entire family from suburban Natal to wild, unknown, African bushland. These are her memories, collected here for friends and future generations, of an Africa that no longer exists.
