*A tale of flightless birds/birds that do not fly. *How a little poop helped the birds, is part of the tale. *A funny work of fiction to delight young readers.
This is such a great book, it get's cuter everytime I read it! The author/illustrator is so wonderfully clever in telling the story of the Waddlers, determined to take flight and show the Flappers a thing or two. Adorable, but sadly somewhat clueless, those Waddlers create a charming story for all ages to enjoy. It got me smiling and laughing till the very end. (I even hugged the book when I was done) As a penguin lover, this is definately a must have in my collection.
