Doc Knoll’s
Fly Fishing in Yellowstone National Park

I’ve always have been intrigued with Yellowstone National Park and since my first visit in 1980 I have been returning faithfully. In fact, I am so faithful I moved to within thirty or so miles from the North Gate of the Park. But, since this time I have been exploring and learning many of the “secrets” the Park holds for its visitors. In this book, Fly Fishing in Yellowstone National Park, I have compiled many of the things first, second and third time visitors want to know about where and how one begins to fly fish within the Park’s boundaries.
Principle waterways are discussed so the reader has a fundamental idea of what to expect while taking their first exploratory steps into this wild and scenic portion of the first National Park. I have provided many helpful hints so the reader will know what he or she is expected to bring, or to know, when venturing into this vast part of Americana. Therefore, if you are eight or eighty this guide can help you in your decisions while here in Yellowstone Country.
