Other cookbooks offer 'quick' recipes that aren't really quick or easy for the average cook. But this one really is quick and easy and the dishes are very tasty. The thing I love most about the cookbook is that there are pictures with EVERY recipe. I was never much of an inventive cook, but with the aid of the pictures, I know how the dishes should look. I'm going out to buy the other Quick from Scratch books. I HIGHLY recommend this cookbook...it's tastfully wonderful.
