I would give this book twenty stars if I could!!! Mike Adams tells what substances are harmful to our health, how and why they are harmful, where they can be found, and how to avoid them. He explains the science behind all of this in clear and simple terms. The book strikes a very good balance -- technical enough to teach something new to someone who already knows a lot about health, but simple enough to be interesting to a casual reader who doesn't know much yet. I highly recommend it!!! I received a free electronic copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
