I hate reading books like this but I actually found myself reading this book and enjoying it! I would recommend it and I am now a foodist!!

I was curious about this book and its nondiet claims but was very disappointed to find it is about restrictions and rules. It tells you what to eat and what not to eat. 2 slices of bread per week. No refined carbs or sugar but maybe a cheat meal every week. Any person who has been dieting the
