For A Good Time Call by Trish Jensen

"A story that blends liberal doses of laughter with a few smiling tears. I highly recommend it." --Bookbug on the Web

A mysterious prank brought them together for sizzling-hot romance . . .

"I'm just a nosy little ad exec who's dying to see who invited me to meet you."

"Listen, Sherry Whoever-You-Are, I'm very, very busy," Kit Fleming answered. "If you could just speed this up, I'd be wildly grateful."

Sherry became uncomfortably aware that he had a very sexy phone voice. "Well, you see, I got a delivery tonight, and I didn't have anything smaller than a fifty, so the kid had to give me change."

"Uh-huh," he said, the grunt tinged with annoyance. "Fascinating."

"The twenty he gave me had some writing on it."

"'For a good time, call Kit.' And of course, your phone number."

Refreshing, light read--romantic and just plain fun.

When Sherry Spencer, advertising whiz, receives a twenty dollar bill in her change with “for a good time, call Kit...” written on it she gives it a call if only to let Kit know that her phone # is out there. Turns out Kit is Christian “Kit” Fleming, definitely not a her. He isn’t thrilled when he finds out about the bill and demands Sherry tear it up. But twenty bucks is twenty bucks and she offers to meet and swap it out with him. When they meet he recognizes the scent of her shampoo and mentions it. She explains she is trying it out as she has to pitch an ad campaign to the company that makes it. She is less than complimentary when she speaks of the product. Turns out Kit is the guy she needs to pitch to. Sherry thinks Kit is a sexy uptight stick in the mud. Kit thinks Sherry is a perky pain in the butt. Working together on the ad campaign Kit learns that Sherry knows her stuff and isn’t a “yes man” type of gal. Sherry learns that Kit has his reasons for being a “stick in the mud”. Can the two meet in the middle and find happiness? I adored this story. Mostly because Sherry is smart, sexy, and comfortable in her own skin. She knows what she wants and doesn’t settle. Kit isn’t as far from redemption as he thinks he is. This is a wonderfully sweet and funny romance.

At only 130 pages, this should be noted up front. I thought I was purchasing a full novel. Other than that is is a sweet love story, good characters. It would have been better if it was fleshed out into a real novel. Not a lot of supporting characters and subplots.

Wow! This book was so perfect! It had all the elements of a great romance novel, laugh out loud funny, loving, a few tears and chocked full of sass! I couldn't have dreamed a better ending! I absolutely adored this book! I loved the main characters Sherry and Christan for all their flaws and human nature! This was an excellent book! Trish Jenson has never let me down! Another perfect story! Now I need to finish the last two books now! I loved it!
