A really good story. Enjoyed. Was not as predictable as most regency romance books. Liked all the characters and enjoyed reading about them. Hated to have it end.

Fast-paced, a twisting plot and a plucky heroine made this an incredibly enjoyable read!

Good book but a little too similiar to her other book " just this once". I prefer that book more, but still like this one. Also the duke in this story was from paris in 1806. There would have been no duke since the french terror in 1790 and a little general was at war with england. But still if you can ignore that part of history, which usually is hard for one like me, it is still worth a read.
