She’s on a mission. He’s in control. For now.
Nicky Scotson is on a mission: to duck, dive and deploy every evasive maneuver she can manage to keep away from Sam Delaney, Chief Executive of her family’s construction company. Falling in love with him two years earlier wasn’t the smartest thing she’d ever done and she won’t repeat the same mistake again.
Sam is unprepared for the havoc that's about to turn his carefully ordered life into a crazy ride of hormones and heartache. When Nicky comes back to Montana to find the person stealing thousands of dollars from her family’s company, he knows he’s in trouble. A white picket fence and two point five kids have never been part of his plan. He thinks nothing lasts forever…until Nicky shows him that forever is closer than he thinks.

Praise for Leeanna Morgan’s books:
“I am addicted to Leeanna Morgan's books! The only problem with them is that I hate coming to the end of one, and can't wait for the next good read. I love how she weaves the characters together, and draws you right into their lives. If you haven't discovered her, please do give her books a try. You won't be disappointed, except for not having found her sooner!”
“I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I couldn't put it down. I purchased it today and finished it just now. Captivating story from beginning to end. Definitely a five star book.”

I am enjoying this series, but it is most disconcerting to deal with the Aussie/New Zealand dialectal issues with a novel set in Montana with no character connection to Australia/New Zealand. Such things as a trolley for a cart or zip for zipper and such phrases as ring up for call...they are just a bit jarring! Native American English speakers would not use these words and phrases. There is definitely a disconnect.
Loved this series. I hope there is more from this author.
Once again Author (Leeanna Morgan) pulls you into a world of romance and humor. This writer never fails to capture a reader and keeps them wanting more. Impressive. L.M.A.
I enjoyed the story. It's a second-chance love story. Sam is a wonderful, strong character and Nicky is a bit of a neurotic, but strong, professional woman. The only concern I had was near the end of the book. Nicky had been avoiding Sam, he came to town, they had a "pleasant" time together and Sam headed home, and then all of a sudden, she's dating him again. There seems to be some part of the story missing - a disconnect that made it difficult for me to make the leap in their on-again, off-again relationship. Other than that confusing transition, I enjoyed the book at the story.
Enjoyed this story would love to read more about this couple
