A fabulous series to own! Bring Me Back -- Claire Abby is presented with her inner 17 year old self's dream, meeting her rock star crush Christopher Penman. She's given the chance to bolster her music critic career with a cover story for Chris who is notorious for avoiding any personal questions. What she didn't expect was to end up in a relationship with Chris and all the triumphs and pitfalls that come with his fame. Bring Me Back takes you from Claire and Chris's initial meeting and explores their attempt at looking for a way to make a relationship lasting living on opposite sides of the U.S. Back Forever -- Back Forever catches us up with Claire and Chris four months after Bring Me Back. I was pleasantly surprised to see the book open from Chris’ point of view. In fact the book is told from both Claire and Chris’ POV. The story of Claire and Chris continues as they bridge two lives into one while planning a wedding, their careers taking off, looking for a larger home, trying to have a baby while also preparing to send a teenager to college, and figuring out what is going on with Claire’s father. Claire’s Diary -- Read where Claire’s fascination with Christopher all began. This novella is from Claire’s teenage years and shows her love for Banks Forest and the trials and tribulations of teenage girls and their ultimate rockstar crush. You don’t have to start with this one first but it gives you a little insight into her before Bring Me Back. Save a Prayer -- This brings you into Graham (Banks Forest frontman) and Angie’s relationship in 1985. Angie gets her dream job, but with that dream she has to again come face to face with Graham. Angie and Graham appear in Bring Me Back so this one brings it back around to show the early BF days around the time Claire was still just crushing on her Christopher from afar.
