Poppy has not long moved to New York, and she is lonely. She accepts a new client's invitation to dinner, as they have spoken before and have 'friended' each other on a facebook group. She knows better than to mix business and pleasure, but there is something wbout Ridge. Ridge Turner is a vampire, who lost his love Chelsea long ago. He recognises that Poppy is a re-incarnation of Chelsea - but how to tell her he is a vampire? Will she accept this side of him, or will Poppy be terrorised by what she might see as a monster? Great love story! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ridge hit the friend request button for Paige never realizing what was to come. He invites her to a drink at a Jazz club he owns as it is quieter than most places. The next day they both realize they have been talking on the phone for weeks. He wants her to be involved with an event he has planned and meets her for dinner later that night to see what she has planned so far.She reminds him of his true love that died ever so long ago but fate wouldn't give a monster like him a second chance or would it? Will they find true love? Will they find they've been together before? Will she overlook what he is now? This is a really good read I enjoyed it and think you will too.
