I enjoyed this book a lot and recommend getting the whole Quintet in one volume.

After my dissapointment with the first book in this series Canticle I wasnt expecting anything great. I basically just wanted to find out if Cadderly finds his true identity. What I found was a book filled with exciting battles and enough action to keep my attention this time. Is it just me or does Kierkan Rufo remind fellow Drizzt Fans of Artemis Entreri. I find myself screaming at the book to kill them both but at the same time Salvatore knows it would serve no purpose to kill them off. Overall a great book that was exciting until the very end.

Further character development and an action packed story, keeps the reader turning the pages and wanting more. This is truly a great series written by an author who has mastered the art of battle sequences.

This book was the most intense out of all of r.a. salvatores books. It was the first and 'only' book that has ever given me an adrenalin rush while reading it. Salvatore's structure of the book had just the right amount of intrigue and excitment. Once I opened the book I could not set it down. The most Brilliant and Heroic story!!

This book is one of the best I have ever read. I really enjoyed reading it. Salvatore proves the way he can write about battles and make them really exciting.

I had read some reviews that this book wasn't very good and that it was all just a bunch of battles. I read it and agree with half of that. It is just a bunch of battles, but each battle is different and it's a good book. I was very surprised and enjoyed reading this book more than the first.

One of the best books I've ever read only beat by the next book in the series. Each one is more amazing and exciting than the last. READ THIS BOOK!
