The recipes are excellent and easy to follow, but I would like photos of the finished product. Presentation isn't everything, but it is important.
I met Frank Davis in person this past weekend in New Orleans-French Quarter. I was on a vacation and decided to eat at Star Steak & Lobster House:237 Decauter Street (New Oleans). I talked to Frank Davis for ten minutes and did not realize who He was until He had left. A very personable man. He was eating stuffed steak!. I ate crawfish combo plate. I went out and bought this cookbook. It really seems very good.
