Overview

For many years Angelika wanted to share her story in a way that would give people hope and inspiration to change their lives for the better, or to create the life they want.

There are many people living in the shadow of their past who need help to believe that they can change their life and change FOR life. Many are looking for help and inspiration because they feel stuck and they think that their lives will always be that way and that they will always feel trapped and hopeless.

Angelika demonstrates that you can change your life. There is always hope. In this book, Angelika shares the landmarks that changed her life. She encourages you to never give up working towards making the changes you desire so that you can live the life you deserve.

Her story started the day she was trying on her new school dress one more time, so that her mother could make some alterations ready for her to go to school for the first time. What she experienced that day and since then, made her the person she is today - a person worthy of love. It doesn't matter what we have done or not done; we are all worthy of love regardless.

About the Author

Angelika Breukers grew up in the late - 1950's when certain things were ' just not talked about'. She was a child who lived with secrets, unspeakable things that were kept in the dark. From the age of five she lived in fear, hopelessness and despair. She struggled through school and made her way into the word aged fourteen, feeling far from 'good enough'.

It is only now that she has begun to tell her story. It is a story of how, against all odds, she learned to accept herself and her life. She learned that there always was hope, and that it is possible to 'change for life' if you choose to.

This is her first book and its creation represents a tremendous achievement, due in no small way to her strength of character and her determination in life that 'this surely can't be it'.
