About the Author

The French Market continues the same style of delightful cooking that was first introduced in My French Kitchen. The ingredients are basic, yet filled with a variety of herbs and vegetables. Unfortunately most dishes contain meat and I am a vegetarian; however, the soups, salads and dessert recipes are wonderful when modified.
