Not the same old recipes and very easy and interesting flavor combinations - even the rice/veggie accompaniments. I'm not a user of microwave if I can help it (it kills the good digestive bacteria the body needs) so it takes me a little longer but - not much. I also make my own rices instead of buying the bagged frozen as suggested in this book. Save time by making a batch and using throughout the week.

It is rare that I find a cookbook where I like 70% the recipes but in this book I love just about every one! And for someone who is trying to lose weight, this has given me another outlet besides the other 'diet' cookbooks. With using fresh & few ingredients and minimal time to prep & cook, I absolutely LOVE this book! I also like how it pairs another smaller dish (side dish or dessert) with the entree. A friend was visiting over the weekend and she started to copy recipes she wanted to try but then said she was going to buy the book because there were too many she wanted to write down. And I have given this as a gift to my niece & nephew (both excellent cooks) and they love it too! You won't go wrong adding this cookbook to your 'library'!

Recipes are easy and the selection is good. I would give this as a gift to someone who wanted to cook more but didn't know where to begin.

I brought this book to read durng my lunch hour, and everyone in the office has made at least one recipe from it. The recipes are healthy and quick. Lots of great recipes, only a few had hard-to-find ingredients.

My daughter had a copy of this book, and the recipes are tasty, while being low fat and low calorie. They keeo to an eight ingredient rule, so some can use some additional spices to taste.

This cook book has changed the way we eat! I have a small herbal garden that gets put to good use with many of the recipes. The directions are easy to understand and the illustrations are wonderful. I'll be giving this as a gift to family and friends that complain they haven't got the time to cook a healthy meal or the imagination to come up with something new.

The cook book itself is great, I have the hard back copy.  This review is for the nook ebook copy which is not compatible for viewing on my nook or through the nook app on my tablet or phone.  Website only?!  Are you kidding me?!  Tempted to get a refund.

I really love this easy to follow, well-illustrated, quick recipes cookbook. Our repertoire of evening meals has been refreshed! I collect cookbooks, & I consider this one a fantastic cookbook!
