Friends with Benefits by Randi Reisfeld

The wild girls of Hooking Up are back and ready to prove that they know what friendship is all about. The secret is separating the casual fling from the real bling...

Courtney, Reign, Lisa and Claude may be spoiled Vegas tinkerbelles, but they are no dumbbells. They know that who you are seen with on the red carpet is very different from who you spend time with under the covers. You must have your arm candy and hot hook-ups...and of course, those flirty friends with benefits.

But reckless gambling can catch up with a high-rolling seventeen-year-old and turn her glittery life upside down. And in the game of life, there are no do-overs.

Suddenly, it looks like the girls are in for some competition. Jacey, the twin sister of Jake-Courtney's secret hook-up from the seedy side of town-is on the scene. And she's about to threaten the Council's rule in Vegas.

I thought that if you wanted to read this one, to understand it you had to read hooking up. If you didn't read that one this one will seem confusing and not making sence at all. The first one is Hooking Up. Friends With Benifts doesn't really fits the story completely, but it may take a while to figure out why. It really is a good book and makes you think about the way people could end up living.

Friends with Benefits by Randi Reisfeld is about a group of four friends. They are all very wealthy, but they don¿t really all have good lives. One of the girls¿ names is Courtney and her whole life she has gotten what she wants. Another is Reign she is the loyal friend out of all of them. Also there is Leesa she can be snooty and mean, but never for the wrong intention. Last, but not least there is Taryn, she is the Goth one, and also she is into punk and designing. They are very good friends, but ever since the ex girlfriend of Jake, Courtney¿s boyfriend, has come to town Courtney has been interrupting there friendship. She is getting mad so easily and so are the others. They have their fights here and their from cheating to snooping. They also have there special moments when they got there nails done or always made up from their fights. These girls have a strong relationship and no matter what the hard ship is they find a way to help one another. _What I liked about this book is that I could relate to it I am in a group of four best friends and right now we are trying to figure out ourselves. But even though we have problems and sometimes we don¿t get along in the end we find each other and deal with what just happened. I will always have my friends to lean on just like the Girls in this book. What I didn¿t like though was that there is four girls that made it confusing and hard to keep up with who is who and who is doing what. I would highly recommend this book, for teenagers, because even though it is confusing you are reading about four best friends that can always be there for one another. That to me is the real meaning of friendship the way they show it in this book.
