Looks like the EPUB version is available now.
This book is about epub design yet it's not available in epub format? It is over at the amzon. I own a nook color which supports the epub format of course so one has to wonder how good this book is and whether this author is really on top of the ebook industry. Elizabeth, so why isn't this book available on the nook?
