The author does not intend to help you improve through this book, only intrigue you enough to buy his other books he has advertised throughout. Pass on this unless you plan on purchasing his other books.

The book has some good tips. However, the writing style is very elementary and feels like reading an elementary school textbook. Lots of advertisements for other products throughout the text.
