A pleasant read that offers practice and exploration on how stress factors affect to daily situations. Physiological factors look at stress hormones response from The Stress Channel or ego while The Stillness Channel applies these inner tools to peaceful daily enjoyment.
This is a nice little book. Very inspiring. It harmoniously combines scientific research with personal experience. Really makes you think about how aware you are of your thoughts. But if you want a really unusual and practice-oriented approach, then check out Secret Techniques for Controlling Sadness, Anger, Fear, Anxiety, and Other Emotions by Vlad Koros. I highly recommend both these books.
