Dr. Gionta's professional experience has encompassed a number of diverse assignments, including Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for a global organizational development and coaching firm. She has also worked with executives in Latin America, focusing on leadership and team development. As Co-Chair of the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program, Dr. Gionta conducted on-site evaluations and consultations with company executives and employees related to employee engagement, health and work/life balance.
Dr. Gionta received her BA in Business from New York University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. She earned her coaching certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Dr. Guerra is a psychologist, executive coach, mindfulness meditation teacher, educator, playback theatre actor, author, and public speaker.
