How can I describe this book? It is wonderful. If you want to learn to cook arabic food then this is the book to buy. The recipes are amazing and taste authentic. These recipes DO NOT taste generic. People always compliment me on "what an amazing arabic cook" I am, but the truth is...if you have good recipes-anyone can do it. Buy this book, you won't be sorry.
