I have used Frommer's guidebooks for over 25 years but I am fast losing faith after our last several experiences. We stayed in Casa de la Juderia in Seville (highly recommended) with burnt out lightbulbs and a shower that never got fixed. Despite Frommer assuring us that all rooms had a balcony, we did not. The restaurant we tried in Barcelona that was highly recommended was barely passable. These guidebooks may be updated every year but the quality of their information is poor.
