So I'm like, this is the PENULTIMATE volume. Therefore, the climax should happen in this book and leave the next book to wrap things up.No.Nope.Huh. Nahhh.Ends on a cliffhanger. AUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHH!!!!Last volume in December.

Ah, Fullmetal Alchemist; truly, a masterpiece of Shonen Manga. And here we are, at the penultimate volume, just before the action reaches the climax. In this volume, Father reveals his plan-and actually succeeds in executing it...thta is until Hoenheim (sp?) reveals he's got more than a few tricks up his sleeve in terms of countering it. Soon after, the last two remaining homunculi-er, homunculus'-er, whatever, Pride and Wrath, face off against Scar and Ed, respectively. And our Ishvalan and Fullmetal runt show them why they humans are NOT to be underestimated. I can't waIt for the next volume! and if you're interested in other manga by Shonen gangan, then check out Soul Eater, created by Atsushi Ohkubo. It starts off okay, but continues to get better and better, turning into an awesome series by the time Asura breaks out.

Wow, only one volume left. Can't believe it. Seriously this is really good series, with memorable characters. A lot happens in this throughout. Wonder how it'll all end.
