Busacker believes we can be more.while doing less. "We all long to feel called, connected, and fully committed. We all want to know that what we do in life has lasting value." Some of us find ourselves in jobs we don't enjoy or juggling too many things at once. We go through life without really living. "Your life is more than just showing up." At the end of each chapter are questions to cause you to evaluate where you are in life and what you're doing. Busacker closes each chapter with "Do less. Be more." I thought Busacker made some great points. It can be easy to settle for a job because it pays well or because it's a good atmosphere. But we're made to do more than merely settle. I think that's the point he wants to get across to those reading the book. We have to be willing to take that step out of the life we currently are living and go after what God has for us. Some of us may already be walking on that path but I don't think most are. This book is a challenge. It's a challenge to live life "fully engaged."
