He is also a Guest Lecturer at University College London (UCL), UK.

John Spurling BSc (Hons), Dip TP, PGDip (Law), PGDip (CMI), MRTPI John has more than 20 years' experience of town planning within both local government and the private sector in the UK, as well as previously working as a non-salaried Planning Inspector for Central Government.
