After reading this book, I found that it is very useful. As it told me different ages customers need different things such as seniors, boomers, generation X and Y. It helps me think thoroughly about how to communicate with these different kinds of customers. As technology and internet are very important now, from the book, it teaches us how to integrate internet and technology in our marketing. There are also many successful cases introduced in the book, and Barne & Noble is one of the cases.
