Most Helpful Customer Reviews
I don't know why this author hasn't gotten more attention because she has so much to offer with her self-defense series. A great book. One thing is that a lot of her books cover the same ground, so you don't need to read all of them. I wanted this for customer service people, but it's really applicable for any tough work situation.
VEry good for anyone looking to gain a verbal advantage at work or anywhere!
