I'm weird. This isn't news to me or anything. I have lived in a UFO my entire life. This wasn't a coincidence. My parents believe in extraterrestrial life. You know, phone home and all that crap, and they dragged my sister Mercury
and I into their mess when they named us what they named us. So it wasn't a
surprise, when after getting accepted to UW and expressing my desire to
actually attend, they lamented that college is "just another ploy for the
government to keep tabs on you, man." In other words, we won't be helping you out, Jupiter. That's fine, though, because my best friend Frankie and I can be pretty clever chicks when we want to be. We found a way up there and it was in the form of a longtime crush, his equally cute cousin, and a kickin' set of wheels. Buckle up, Buttercup, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

About the Author

Fisher Amelie resides in the South with her kick ace husband slash soul mate. She earned her first 'mama' patch in 2009. She also lives with her Weim, 'Jonah', and her Beta, 'Whale'. All these living creatures keep the belly of her life full, sometimes to the point of gluttony, but she doesn't mind all that much because life isn't worth living if it isn't entertaining, right?

This is one of the most adorable romances I've ever read! I'm going to speak Sixteen Candles for a minute here for those who want a taste of this scenario. Let's say, if Jake Ryan took Samantha Baker with him on a road trip to college all while she tries to hide her undying love for him then this would be that. Of course, Jupiter & Ezra definitely stand out as their own unique characters. Ezra is a good guy with a new perspective on life, still needs a few lessons on love, but he's a keeper. Jupiter is the best person anyone would ever meet. She's beautiful, funny, and so weird that you can't help but let your weirdo flag fly alongside hers. Oh man, they gave me a good laugh with all their shenanigans. Amelie can do such sweet romances and she creates the best characters. I truly hate to see these guys go.
