This is a great 'getting started' book for someone who needs a little help moving brom basic bead stringing to using wire and links. Well illustrated and the explanations are clear. There is enough breadth in the basics provided that the creative jewelry crafter can make a great variety of pieces.

I just became interested in making my own wire jewelry and I'm definitely a beginner so I and wanted something that i could learn the basics from without being overwhelmed. This book is perfect. Lots of pictures and very easy to follow.

I like small-scale detail work and I wondered if wire jewelry could be a hobby for me. I found this book a great first read for me. It was straightforward and down-to-earth. Not at all crafter- or artist-snobby. The pictures were helpful. The book inspired me to take a class at a local bead shop, and to buy more books on wire jewelry!

Try and experiment, I use these as "ideas" and not "they have to be done exactly this way". Enjoy!
