About the Author

Don Collins is a retired NYPD investigator and former private investigator from New York City. He served with the U.S. Army's 716 Military Police Battalion and the 9th Infantry Division in Vietnam during the 1968 TET Offensive. After moving to Florida Don was, for eight years, the Chief Fraud Investigator and Loss Prevention manager for the Home Shopping Network in St. Petersburg, Florida. Don received a bachelor's degree from the New York Institute of Technology followed by graduate level studies at Long Island University's CW Post campus in Westbury, N.Y.
