Eugene W. Holland is Professor of French and Comparative Studies at Ohio State University, USA. His previous publications include Deleuze and Guattari's Anti-Oedipus: Introduction to Schizoanalysis (Routledge 1999) and Baudelaire and Schizoanalysis (CUP, 1993).

Daniel W. Smith is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Purdue University, USA. He has translated books by Gilles Deleuze, Pierre Klossowski and Isabelle Stengers.
