GirlForce is based on an ancient medical system of India, Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda we each have a unique Body Type. Our body type is made up of air, fire, and earth. A quiz is included to help you determine your body type. I took the quiz and it was right on. I'm an Earth with a bit of Fire thrown in. The best part of GirlForce is the emphasis on liking, loving and accepting yourself for who you are. There is also an emphasis on exercise, eating healthy and taking care of you. This is all common sense. The beauty advice tips are so so. I do not think it is healthy to pop zits although most of us have. The chapter on fashion left me with some concerns. The suggestions were a bit too much for preteens.
