About the Author

Sharon Elayne Fair is co-founder and President of the Wellness Society, which was established in 1981. She has been licensed as a physical therapist since 1993. Additionally, she has earned a Master of Science in nutrition and exercise science, a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) and a PhD in education. Dr. Fair has authored Wellness and Physical Therapy (2010) and Wellness and Holistic Physical Therapy (2020; 2024), which have been utilized in Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs throughout the USA. The author has two children, two dogs and a cat.
