Glitch of a Witch is a fun rhyming book for a more mature audience. Pat Hatt brings us this fun adventure of Pat and his cats in Candy Land. When an old witch comes to Pat’s door determined to make Pat pay for a prior offense she sends him and his cats to Candy Land. This sounds like it would be a pleasant experience but Pat soon finds out that it is not so. He must find his way out of Candy Land or suffer the consequences. Hatt demonstrates his talent for creating an original storyline with interesting and fun characters to the forefront in Glitch of a Witch. The story rhymes from beginning to end except for parts of the dialogue. There is some colorful language so if you plan to read this to your children you should be aware of those parts. There are many interesting characters from zombies to giant rabbits. The adventure is suspenseful and exciting. I highly recommend it!
