This cookbook is fantastic. Does what many others don't - not only gives pictures of actual size meatballs for size reference, not only gives plenty of applicable substitutions for exotic and hard to find ingredients (like ostrich!), but also gives the reasons why behind many of the instructions, so you aren't shaking your head wondering what is going on. Beautiful pictures, great variety of tastes, and lots of fun! -Fayelle E.
