We made several of the recipes in this book, and they all turned out tasty! Each cookie we made did not have any type of aftertaste! Their appearance was also as expected. The flours recommended are a bit expensive, but most gluten free items are. I plan to freeze the flours until I bake again.
Grat recipes and instruktions.
