The Golden Tragedy, the perfect disaster. The sort of self destruction that people fall in love with. Exploring the twisted obsession with chaos, life as an inner-city model, living with an eating disorder, a toxic relationship, and other various struggles, there are bits and pieces of these "bigger issues" that we can all find ourselves relating to. This book was inspired by people's experiences, people's stories, the words at the end of the day that were left unsaid. Those words never go away, they simply wait to resurface. And what we can not say, we must will ourselves to write, to remember. Because for every Golden Tragedy, comes an equally Golden Age.

About the Author
Shannon Craig went on a mission to bring a voice to the voiceless and a theoretical shoulder to cry on when embarking on writing The Golden Tragedy. Being a dedicated poet, a passionate musician, and a proud introvert, she has decided that writing books about the topics we can't always find a way to discuss is what she wants to dedicate her time to. Previously she has written dozens of poems and other works which essentially gave her the will and inspiration to develop characters and a story. She has a feeling that The Golden Tragedy is the first of many books to come.
