About the Author

Nana Yaa won her first manga competition at the young age of 17, which lead her to an appearance on Germany's late night talk show, TV Total. Most recently she was awarded the 2017 AnimaniA Award for Best National Manga, and charted in the top 10 in Germany's manga charts with her new series, Goldfisch. Now 26, Nana Yaa is one of the most prolific creators of the German manga scene, having self-published numerous volumes and short stories, as well as contributing to multiple anthologies through the independent publisher Shwarzer Turm. She's well known in Germany for her yaoi webcomic, CRUSHED!!
