Learn all about the Pacific NW bounty of fish, proper aquaculture, the do's and don't of shopping for fish as well as how to cook them. It's beautifully photographed, humorously & personally written and the recipes are unique & approachable, Becky pays great attention to the care, flavor emphasis and sustainability of the creatures in the sea. My favorite book of 2011!
