Beyond the boxes and logistical headaches, moving truly is a time of self-reflection and evaluation. This book gives you both – practical advice, as well as insightful questions, tools and easy-to-do exercises to help you make mindful decisions, whether you are moving across town or across the country.

This book creates a realistic picture of how to manage moving with children. It takes you past the boxes and sorting and into the world of movers; some who are good and some who are not. It helps one deal with the emotional aspect of moving, including the highs and lows. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has a move in their future- a must read before labeling the first moving box!
