About the Author

Cornell P. Landry claims he is steeped in New Orleans--just like a strong cup of coffee from Café Du Monde. Landry and his work embody the city he has known and loved for 43 years. Born and raised just across the Mississippi River in what the locals call the Westbank, he grew up in a family where he was surrounded by faith, tradition, and delicious food every single day.

The talented Victoria Wisinski is a Ringling College of Art and Design graduate specializing in children's book illustrations, patterns, surface design, and sculpting.
