Not recommended for anyone seeking info on gluten the author is a limited english speaker and often cannot express a complete thought that makes sense anyone interested in teaching esl to limited english speakers might find this an interesting example for error analysis i did

Good book for further info on gluten. The book was easy to read, got right to the point and was what I expected. I recommend the book.
