Grain of Sand by Steve N Marshall

A crazed killer of six people is about to detonate a bomb in a crowded Miami airport; would you confront him to save innocent peoples lives: Policeman Keith Houndsley did.

Would you be prepared to die to save the person you love:

Schoolteacher Kevin Sullivan is about to.

To get justice for a person you have never met. You have to defy two powerful Governments. One, your own, Could you: FBI analyst Camden Lewis must make that choice.

Miami International Airport is the scene of a horrific attack by a crazed Gunman.

Shooting many before arming an explosive device, which will kill hundreds more.

On the opposite side of Miami, Kevin Sullivan is desperate to find his girlfriend who disappears on her way to her company's party. His world is turned upside down when the police question him as a prime suspect.

Assigned to her first big case. The Miami Airport killings. Rookie FBI analyst Camden Lewis believes passionately in the American justice system. That faith is shattered when two powerful Governments trying to maintain influence and power amid the turmoil in the Middle East are confronted with the same problem and are working to make it disappear.

A beautiful young woman is fighting to stay alive. She has been pushed to the limit of all human endurance and is alone and terrified. She holds one very strong belief that someone is looking for her. There is: A government trained killer who has no other agenda but to find her.

Security agencies are preparing to close their files, with the loss of a few citizens being an 'acceptable' consequence. Camden Lewis doesn't think so and is forced to make a choice. She is in a race against time and her own government.

Can her intense commitment to her beliefs get justice for people she has never met or will the rule of Government she so believes in let her down. Ultimately condemning an innocent person to death.

I was recommended this book by a friend and I absolutely loved it and could not put it down. Grain of Sand is very gripping and had me captivated from the very first page. I would recommend this book for everyone as it is very thrilling but not over the top. I will definitely purchase more books from this up and coming author.
