I had the honor of working for Rev. Lin Lindsay while he served as interim minister at Iroquois Presbyterian Church in Louisville, Kentucky. It was then that he started writing his book and I typed the manuscript from his handwritten pages. In the process, we inserted the pink duck at the beginning of every chapter and added the other wonderful pictures. He shared his personal history and I am so pleased that Rev. Lindsay achieved his dream of publication. Sadly, he has passed on, but his story will live on and his children and grandchildren are his legacy.

This book captures a Brooklyn boyhood in the 1940's and 1950's in a fascinating and engaging way. Enough history for history buffs, and enough personal story for novel lovers.

Enough historical research to keep history buffs happy, and enough personal story to keep novel lovers happy. Extremely well-written and interesting.
